Court papers were filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Monday, making a judge’s October ruling (which made the conservatorship over Britney permanent) official.

A memorial service for Jett Travolta will be held in Ocala, Florida, on Thursday, Access Hollywood has learned.
The small, private service will be to honor Jett, who died at the age of 16 after suffering a seizure at the family’s residence at the Old Bahama Bay resort in the Bahamas on Friday.
The service will be for family and close friends, Access has learned.

John’s “Primary Colors” director Mike Nichols told People that he’s certain the Travolta/Preston family would continue to endure during this difficult time.
